Proposal of the conditions for the Polish Men’s National Team Coach Competition, in term 2009-2012.

The Polish Volleyball Federation decided to organize the optimal training program for the Men’s National Team, in term 2009-2012. It will be mainly focused on achieving the best results in the International Tournaments. Therefore, we invite Coaches to present their proposals for:

“The Training Program for the Men’s National Team, in term 2009-2012, specifying their training proposals focused on achieving the best results in the International Tournaments”.

The proposal should include:

1. Process and achievements of working as a Coach, including documents testifying the Coach’s level.
2. Specification of the main goals to achieve during the Olympic period.

- The main goal: Olympic Games 2012
- Remaining goals: European Championships and World League in 2009, World Championships and world League in 2010, European Championships and World League in 2011.
3. Proposal of creating and development strategy of the Men’s National Team,
4. Collecting the training staff and advisors to achieve the established goals,
5. Structure of the training process in particular cycles (number of training days, the places for training etc.).

The Competition for the Men’s National Team Coach will be supervised by the Commission Selecting the National Team’s Coach, appointed by the Polish Volleyball Federation’s Board of Administration. The Commission after analyzing the proposals will recommend Polish Volleyball Federation BOA a Candidate, or Candidates. As a consequence, Board of Administration will make a final decision about selection of the Men’s National Team Coach, basing on the Resolution. The Contract with the Coach chosen will be concluded for the four years. After two years, the work already done with Polish Men’s National Team will be verified.

Stages of the Competition:

1. Submitting the proposals due to 30th November 2008.
2. Presenting the proposals collected, at the Meeting of the Commission Selecting the National Team’s Coach, till 10th December 2008.
3. Final decision concerning the selection of the Polish Men’s National Team Coach will be made by the Polish Volleyball Federation’s BOA, till the end of December 2008.
