Fragments of Communicate concerning work of the Commission selecting the Polish Volleyball Men’s National Team Coach

1. On the 22nd – 23rd December 2008, in Warsaw, the meeting of the Commission selecting the Polish Volleyball Men’s National Team Coach took place.

4. The commission analyzed the applications for the Polish Volleyball Men’s National Team Coach, that has been sent to the Polish Volleyball Federation, as well as the opinions of the Training Department of the Polish Volleyball Federation.

After making a precise analysis, the Commission, together with the Polish Volleyball Federation’s Presidium, decided to invite to further interviews the following coaches:

The final decisions were made without participation of Mr. Konrad Piechocki, Commission member, who asked for exclusion from voting and resigned to participate in it.

5. The decision of the Commission has been accepted by the Polish Volleyball Federation’s Presidium, during the meeting on the 23rd December 2008.

6. The next interviews with the candidates are planned to be held between 6th and 9th January 2009.

7. The Commission expressed its best thanks to all the coaches, who have send to the Polish Volleyball Federation their applications, in order to participate in the contest for the Polish Volleyball Men’s National Team Coach.

8. After the next interviews with the candidates, the Commission will present to the Polish Volleyball Federation’s board its opinion concerning the candidatures submitted. At the meeting on the 16th January 2009, Polish Volleyball Federation’s board will make an act deciding about the final choice of the Polish Volleyball Men’s National Team Coach.

9. The official announcement of the Polish Volleyball Men’s National Team Coach will be presented during the Gala „Siatkarskie Plusy 2008” (translation: Volleyball Pluses 2008), held on the 17th January 2009, in Warsaw.
